    their mutual goals and objectives with the
    proposed NAVAIR Technology Commercialization
    Initiative
  • In Support of This Goal and Objectives, TPP and
    TEDCO Collaborated on a Proposal to NAWCAD to
    Execute the NAVAIR Technology Commercialization
    Initiative (NTCI)
  • On August 30, 2001 NAWCAD awarded the contract
    for the NTCI to TPP and TEDCO
  • Focus on technology commercialization

  • No Required Topics, But Technology Must Meet
    Dual-Use Fleet Needs
  • Submission deadline first of every month

  • Proposals Are Submitted for NTCI IPT and Outside
    Review
  • Outside consultants used for technical and
    commercialization review
  • IPT recommends to NTCI Board, who has final
    approval authority
