- Make sure you are administering the tests or
questionnaires to the population that will the
course is intended. - If you plan to conduct the program two years from
now, survey the population who can take the
course in two years.

- In Career and Technical Education we do this by
administering the VEIS. - VEIS 4- mailed out to all completers.
- VEIS 6- mailed out to co-op employers

- The VEIS reporting system requires a 75 return
rate to measure the youth employment data for
ABCs and Perkins. - This data is also reported in local school plans
to the state. ( guest, guest)
