Discover La Ville Lumière from top floor of the
Tour Eiffel Enjoy our first dinner in France at a
local bistro. Ride the Bateaux Mouche on the
River Seine.
7Day 3 PARIS, Thursday, June 24
Discover the Louvre Museum and see the Galleries
masterpieces such as the breathtaking Mona Lisa
and the Venus de Milo. Visit Notre-Dame
Cathedral. Visit Notre-Dame Cathedral and climb
the 387 steps to see the gargoyles. Ice cream
stop at Berthillon, famous for its over 70
flavors! Enjoy dinner at a crêperie !
8Day 4 PARIS / Excursion to Versailles, Friday,
June 25
Walk in the footsteps of Louis XVI and
Marie-Antoinette. Return to Paris to discover
Montmartre, a historical quarter. Visit the
famous Basilique du Sacré-Coeur Have dinner on
Montmartre.
9Day 5 Reims, Saturday, June 26
Travel to Reims, the capital of Frances
Champagne region.
Visit Cathédrale Notre-Dame, where the Kings of
France have been crowned.
Enjoy a visit to Champagne Taittinger cellars and
learn how Dom Perignon invented his sparkling
wine.
Explore Reims, searching for local specialties,
such as gingerbread, and the famous Biscuit Rose.
Then enjoy dinner.
10Day 6 Strasbourg, Sunday, June 27
Enjoy a walking tour of the city. Enter the Musée
de la Tour des Voleurs, a defensive work from
the Middle Ages where you will learn how thieves
were treated back then.
11Day 7 Heidelberg, Monday, June 28
Take a train to Heidelberg, a student town since
1386, when Germanys 1st university was founded.
Go on a walking tour. See the Studentkarzer
(student prison). Go on a walking tour. See the
Markplatz and Rathaus. Go on a walking tour. See
the Markplatz and Rathaus.
12Day 8 Heidelberg/Boat Excursion to
Neckarsteinach, Tuesday, June 29
Guided boat ride on the Neckar River, dotted by
charming villages over a 1,000 years old. Picnic
and stroll in the village of Neckarsteinach.
13Day 9 Rothenburg/Heidelburg, Wednesday, June 30
- Visit Rothenburg, a medieval town where you can
walk around old town on the walls! - Visit the Toppler Castle and the Tower of the
Town Wall. After lunch visit the Medieval Crime
Museum Museum. - Then, if you love Christmas, you will enjoy a
visit to the German Christmas Museum.
Afterwards, how about a snack on a snowball?
14Day 10 Frankfurt / USA, Thursday, July 4
Transfer to the airport for flight home.
