    registered for data entry
  • 1,575 individuals were delegated questionnaires
    to complete
  • Over 4,000 emails were received by the Helpdesk
  • Finance spreadsheets were completed by 270 PCTs
  • Leadership and planning questions were completed
    by 240 of 303 PCTs
  • Total of 3,455 services mapped
