• Provides a structured approach to an exercise
  needed anyway to implement national policy which
  is mandatory
• Supports your local performance agenda which will
  raise the profile of children's services in your

  policy themes which you can benchmark - locally
  and nationally

  trusts by identifying the health portion of the
  overall pot financially and what's available

• 577 individuals from PCTs and other trusts
  registered for data entry
• 1,575 individuals were delegated questionnaires
  to complete
• Over 4,000 emails were received by the Helpdesk
• Finance spreadsheets were completed by 270 PCTs
• Leadership and planning questions were completed
  by 240 of 303 PCTs
• Total of 3,455 services mapped
