• Work on Defining Phase II
• Establish objectives and plans for work till July
• Decision NOT to have bi-weekly conf calls
• Set up web site linked to the 802.17 WG site
• Strongly encourage using metrics and framework
  defined in Phase I, and contribute towards
  defining those of Phase II
