Wireless Sensor Parking Space Locator
GOAL To design a parking locator that helps
drivers to locate empty parking space in a
parking lot through internet.
APPROACH

• Detect the presence of an empty parking spot
  using a proximity sensor.
• Transmit the data wirelessly to a server using
  Zigbee wireless router.
• Store the collected data in a dynamic database.
• Extract the data from the database and display
  the data on a webpage to users using a map of the
  parking lot pinpointing the empty spots.
• Engineering Programming PIC microcontroller,
  design sensor/microcontroller/Zigbee circuit.
