    lactose-free fluid milk.

  • Schools shall not directly or indirectly restrict
    the sale of fluid milk products by the school at
    any time or any place on the premises or at any
    school-sponsored event.
  • School must check all beverage contracts for
    language

    school site.

  • Provide a toll-free phone number that households
    can call for assistance with the verification
    process. The toll free number must be included
    in the written notice to the household.
  • Ensure that the initial determination is reviewed
    for accuracy by an individual other than the
    individual making the initial eligibility
    determination.
