- School districts shall certify a child who is a
member of a household receiving assistance under
Food Stamps as eligible for free meals without
further application - -July 1, 2006 Any district that had an
enrollment of 25,000 or more in the preceding

enrollment of 10,000 or more in the preceding
school year. - -July 1, 2008 All other districts.
