So, tell me about yourself. Candidate I was
born in San Salvador, El Salvador. I graduated
high school, then studied accounting for 2 years.
I then worked at a handbag factory as an
Accountant. These first questions are to make
you relax.

part-time? Candidate I am more interested in
full-time, but I would consider part-time. Keep
yourself open to all possibilities. Interviewer
Tell me about your responsibilities at your last
job? Candidate I calculated the costs of
making a handbag. I figured the materials,
labor, and hand or machine use. I worked with
the designers and clients to determine what we
could charge that was reasonable yet give the
company some profit. Give detail.

strength? Candidate I work hard and do good
work. People trust me. I work well with all kinds
of people. I remember one designer wanted to
make something expensive and the boss wanted it
inexpensive, I found some fancy looking but
inexpensive material and we worked it out. Be
confident and give examples.

your willingness to work. If you already have a
job, you need to give your current employer 2
weeks notice that you are leaving, to complete
your obligation.
