full-time, but I would consider part-time. Keep

Tell me about your responsibilities at your last
job? Candidate I calculated the costs of
making a handbag. I figured the materials,
labor, and hand or machine use. I worked with
the designers and clients to determine what we
could charge that was reasonable yet give the
company some profit. Give detail.

strength? Candidate I work hard and do good
work. People trust me. I work well with all kinds
of people. I remember one designer wanted to
make something expensive and the boss wanted it
inexpensive, I found some fancy looking but
inexpensive material and we worked it out. Be
confident and give examples.

Interviewer When can you begin? Candidate
Immediately, or as soon as you need me. Show
your willingness to work. If you already have a
job, you need to give your current employer 2
weeks notice that you are leaving, to complete
your obligation.
