2The importance of a Healthy Lifestyle!!
- It is important to make sure that you look after
yourself and make sure that you live a healthy
lifestyle. There is certain things and ways you
can do so by following a certain diet, going to
the gym or giving up smoking or alcohol at
weekends or during the week as we all know very
well that it is bad for you and can come very
addictive and this may even kill. If you want to
do a diet you should start by eating a healthy
breakfast, lunch, dinner and supper just before
bed and making sure that there is no fizzy
minerals and plenty of water to wash it down. - Exercise is also important if you want to stay
fit and not become obese, dont take your bike or
scooter to the shop everyday, why not walk or
take a jog it is better for you.
3What I and my friends eat!!
This is a picture of me! For breakfast I eat a
bowl of cereal of any kind, at lunch I would eat
chips, sandwiches or a pile of sweets etc. For
dinner I would eat potatoes, gravy ,meat and
sometimes a bit of vegetables mixed through. I
also tend to eat a lot of fruit. I like all kinds
but other than that I would say that 1 am quite a
healthy person.
For breakfast my friend Amy eats a bowl of
cereal or some toast, for lunch Amy would usually
take sandwiches, yogurts or pizza and for dinner
she takes chips and gravy or potatoes - she
doesnt really eat much fruit or vegetables, but
does plenty of exercise. Overall she is not the
healthiest person.
4A balanced diet!!
- Dont expect to remain healthy if you dont have
a healthy diet. You cannot eat whatever you like
and keep yourself in a good health at the same
time. Firstly you must eat the right things. - So you should be eating the following food
substances!! - Carbohydrates and Proteins
- Fats and Vitamins
- Mineral salts and fibre
- A balanced diet is one which contains
carbohydrates, protein, fats, vitamins, minerals,
salts and fibre in the correct proportions. -
5How to improve our eating habits!!
- Establishing healthier eating habits may seem
tough at first. However the lifetime dividends of
general well being improved health and weight
control are worth the effort. Concentrate on
continuous progress, try one change at a time,
and dont give up. - Try following some of the following changes to
your daily eating habits to help improve your
health If you skip breakfast STOP as it has been
said that those who start their day with
breakfast experience a better day and are more
alert, have less chance of weight gain, and live
longer. - Healthy eating habits are the foundation for
overall health, and they impact how you look and
feel about yourself so what are you waiting for?

6How to look after yourself!!
- There is many of ways to look after yourself!!!
- Take regular exercise, Eat well and keep fit!!
- Avoid smoking and alcohol, do something you
love!! - Maintain a healthy diet, make lots of friends!!
- Check blood pressure, learn how to handle
stress!! - Watch cholesterol levels, keep your brain
active!!
