To regulate the home building industry a. Optimal compliance with the requirements of the Act
To provide protection to housing consumers in respect of the failure of home builders to comply with their obligations in terms of this Act. a. a. Sustain growth of a warranty reserve to cover major structural defects and twelve-month roof leaks b. Reduced number of non-compliance and defaulting home builders
