  • a cross-platform packaging facility for add-on
    Unix software.
  • based on an extended version of the popular
    RedHat Package Manager (RPM v4).
  • a self-contained packaging system which is
    maximum independent of underlying OS.

Shell Description Bash (Bourne-Again Shell)
