  • general unhappiness/negative noticing
  • sickness (including addictions, depression, etc)

What exactly is Joy?
  • Its personal individual
  • The feeling of your heart about to leap out of
    your chest (new wine or that other word I cant
    spell!)
  • The feeling of deep satisfaction and
    meaningfulness in an experience
  • Joy happiness are different but both are
    contagious

    the dark side!
