DOE E-Center/FedConnect

  • DOE is transitioning to a new, enterprise-wide
    paperless contracting system STRIPES (Prism).
  • The current system, IIPS, will remain in place
    until a site has been transitioned to STRIPES.
  • During the transition, both the E-Center and
    FedConnect, are key to doing business with DOE.
  • Firms are encouraged to register at both sites.
  • Once STRIPES implementation is complete,
    FedConnect will be the only DOE business
    registration site.
  • E-Center will remain for access to general
    information.
