Unable to contact end user includes where we are
unable to speak to the end user, where the order
is in the process of being cancelled, or where
the CP has asked to be excluded from the trial.

Next Steps

• The end user contact trial is continuing in
  Cardiff, Swansea Birmingham. Openreach Service
  is calling end users at CCD minus 3 days in order
  to confirm the appointment slot, address site
  contact details.
• The SMS trial has now been given a firm start
  date of June 14th 08 and will be conducted in the
  London Home Counties South East regions. These
  regions have been selected as they have the
  highest percentage volumes of end user no access.
  
• Other forms of end user contact are currently
  being scoped for trial. These proposals are in
  the very early stages of scoping and more details
  will follow.
• Regarding the high number of invalid contact
  numbers Jennifer Heaton is arranging for the
  individual CPs to be contacted
