Chocolate Treats
Imagine eating a delicious chocolate treat made
by your own fair hands!
What you need.
What to do.
125g margarine 50g caster sugar 2tbls golden
syrup 2tbls milk 2tbls drinking choc 1tbsl cocoa
powder 250g digestives 50g glacè cherries 50g
raisins Icing sugar Glass dish Microwave Table
spoon Scales Greaseproof paper Sieve
First put margarine, sugar, syrup and milk in a
glass dish.
Then put dish in microwave and heat gently until
contents have melted.
Next add drinking chocolate, cocoa powder and
half the digestive biscuits. Mix well.
Now add rest of digestive biscuits, glacè
cherries and raisins. Stir until thoroughly mixed.
After that take out 1tbls of mixture and roll it
into a ball between your hands.
Top Tip Before you roll a ball of mixture in
your hands check its temperature with your
finger tip.
Then stand your ball on greaseproof paper and
sieve a small amount of icing sugar over it.
Finally put it in the fridge to chill.
