Local Refuges of Last Resort

• Disseminated via email after 1400 hours each
  business day.
• Monthly Intelligence Highlights
• Completed at the Law Enforcement Sensitive and

• Will only be posted to HSIN-Virginia and HS-SLIC
  on the 10th of every month.
