Balance-Jason has good balance this means he can
stay on his feet while side stepping the opponent.

muscles perform at a higher level of intensity
for a prolonged period of time. Cardiovascular
endurance- He would need a very good level of
cardiovascular endurance to be able to perform at
a hi level for the duration of the game.

Continuous training- Jason would be able to
improve his endurance using continuous training.
It is effective for all-round fitness. Circuit
training-Jason is able to work on everything from
cardiovascular to muscular, each station is
pointed at a different part of the body which
Jason would need to work on. Weight training-This
is able to make his muscles bigger and stronger
so he is more effective on the pitch. It also
builds up his muscular endurance so his muscles
can keep working at a high level.
