What we need to do better

• Adherence to SOPs i.e. Clinical area and
  Laboratory
• Timely delivery of samples to the Laboratory
• Repair /Replacement of Incubators
• Improvement of drug sensitivity, typing methods
  etc
• Continue CME to change staff attitude and ensure
  no chances are missed.
