• Design multiple CTB prototypes
• List advantages and disadvantages of each
• Combine positive benefits of each box to design
  the best box possible

Introduction

• Four Prototypes Built
• Canvas Bottom Box
• Built out of sheet metal, hinges, rivets, and
  plastic
• Fold Down Bottom Box
• Built out of cardboard and duct tape
• Fold Down Sides Box
• Built out of card board and duct tape placed in
  basket
• Slide In Side Box
• Built of cardboard, duct tape, and wood

• Disadvantages
• Sides have to be locked in using clips
• Clips are nuisance
• Bottom is not sturdy
• Needs weather stripping for cracks

• Advantages
• No Hassle Bottom
• Sides are locked
• Hinged top allows over 180 degree rotation
• Front folds in automatically as sides are pushed
  in
• Top is easily folded over

• Needs weather stripping for cracks

• Bottom locks sides into place
• Front folds in automatically as sides are pushed

  legs
• Needs weather stripping for cracks

• Advantages
• Sides do not collapse except at corners of box
• Lipped edge allows for weather protection
• Hinged top allows over 180 degree rotation
