Company visit to DOC to register as an
exporter under Preferential Scheme / s
Approval for registration
DOC issues a registration number
Assessment of eligibility of product /
s Including factory visit if considered
necessary
DOC checks whether product is covered under the
respective scheme
If covered, company has to submit necessary
information
Rejection
Depending on the nature of product DOC reserves
the right to call for additional information
considered necessary
3Required documents for Assessment
- Duly Completed Registration Application
- Duly completed Cost statement
- Supporting Documents such as invoice, cusdec, BL,
etc., -
- Production Flow Chart
- Company Registration Certificate
- Registration Certificate with BOI or Ministry of
Industries - Completed Company DATA SHEET
4What about already approved companies
- Cost Structure has to be re - evaluated after
lapse of 6 Months - A new Cost structure has to be submitted, when
the cost structure of the product is changed. - The new cost structure has to be submitted along
with previously approved one. Changes in figures
has to be supported by accepted documents
