Aim Finalizing dates and information on the mix
festival Auditions Previous audition 27th July
09 27 individuals/ artists auditioned at
2Inspire. Next audition will take place at Youth
Club for the blue on 3rd August 09, the audition
will start at 10am till 4pm 12 so far people are
expected to audition. Next audition will take
place at Bellenden Old School on 1st August 09,
the audition will start at 10am till 4pm Delia
and Savannah are interested to be panel judges
for the auditions at this location. The last
audition will be at Brandon Youth and community
centre on Madock way on 8th August 09, same time
10am-4pm Fatima would like to be on the panel of
Judges.

THE DEADLINE FOR FINALIZING ARTISTS SAT 8th
AUGUST 09 finalizing artists at BRANDON YOUTH
AND COMMUNITY CENTRE. Fashion Show The fashion
show is due to start on the Tuesday 28th July but
due to equipment not being delivered in time
Kimadie (KD) wasnt able to start the actual
designing processes. Julie, Fitz, Kimadie (KD),
Vappa, Denise and Wayne will have a meeting on
Thursday 30th July 09 to discuss how the Fashion
will run however the time is yet to be
confirmed. Programming Artists that have been
confirmed Kat from Choice FM will be HOST on the
day Bashy Ghettz Auto-Hype Leftstep Band

Young artists from audition will be
added Photography session for the mix will start
today for 3 weeks at Bellenden at 6pm
facilitated by Delroy Dixon from Media Trust who
will support young people with camera work on the
day. Promotion the young people felt that
promotion of the event was poor, and came up with
some suggests Action WJ/FC to report back to
Paul Cowell what happened to the publicity
process? Also date in South London press was
wrong given as the 17 August 09, Fitz confirmed
that it is true, South London press Friday the
24th reports the mix festival in Burgess Park is
on August 17 09. Another idea was to have
T-shirts, Jasper to donate T-shirts. Idea 1
Facebook, Fatima and Robyn to do invite. Idea 2
Radio, Fitz to check out on Choice, 1Xtra and
pirates. Idea 3 Flyer, Jasper, Alika and Summer
Uni. Idea 4 Letter boxing small businesses, 5000
postcards A5 (WJ to pay). (Pledges by young
people to posted at the entrance to Mix
2009) Dont be Rowdy Respect all Acts Respect
