Moving Forward

• We need to evaluate our current Long Range Plan
  and adjust as needed base on our current growth
  trends.
• We also need to begin preparation now for Phase 2
  Planning.

Partnering with MGA

• MGA is the Design/Build firm we partnered with
  for phase 1 design and construction
• The LRP committee was very satisfied with the
  relationship and the result
• Established Trust
• Proven Credibility
• Phase 1 - Quality Result
• We would like to continue the partnership

Committee Recommendation 1

• The Church approve renewing the partnership with
  the design/build firm of Myrick, Gurosky and
  Associates (MGA) to update 2006 Long Range Plan
  and initiate Phase 2 preliminary Design.

Committee Recommendation 2

• The Church enter into a contractual agreement
  with MGA to update the Long Range Plan and
  complete the preliminary design of Phase 2.
  Included is the approval for the expenditure of
  50,000 to support the activity.

Next Steps

• The LRP committee will work with MGA to develop
  the updated long range plan. Included will be the
  Phase 2 build out.
• MGA will create Phase 2 preliminary design
  drawings. Included will be floor plans, site plan
  and section views.
• Both the updated long range plan and the Phase 2
  preliminary design will be presented to the
  church for approval at the October quarterly
  business meeting.
