Summary
  • Training is based partly on the model of learning
    and teaching, with delegation of routine work,
    including the study of particular problems under
    supervision. Since the learning of skills is by
    experience, trainers play a key role and the
    ultimate success of a training program rests on
    the trainers ability to delegate appropriate word
    and give suitable guidance
