- New, all private room E.D. with Dunlap-facing
entry - 2 new Operating Rooms
- 4 new critical care beds
- Updated public areas
- 2nd floor face lift
- New infrastructure
- 8 observation beds (location to be determined)
- New medical office building and related parking
structure - Additional patient, staff visitor parking
- Demolition of Admin buildings eventual
relocation of Admin to an existing MOB

- Facelift of ICU/CVICU and some work in PCCU
- Add 4 critical care beds
- Design remaining spaces for expansion of IP ORs,
PACU and Pre/Post OP areas - New/expanded loading dock on 2nd Street
- Design/construct lab solution
- Begin design and planning of new E.D.

- 2005 contd
- Re-locate LMP III and Network functions
- Temporary administration buildings and employee
parking at 2nd and Hatcher - Demo these existing buildings to make room for
new MOB and other construction - Developer to start design/build of new MOB and
parking structure

- Building a new E.D. with private rooms
- New patient entrance on Dunlap/Third Street with
separate ambulance entrance on 2nd Street - New CT
- New helipad on E.D. roof
- New gurney size elevator to transport patients
between helipad/E.D./2nd floor

- 2007
- Renovate existing OR/PACU/Pre-OP/Post-OP
- Renovate dining room/new kitchen equipment
- Expansion of pharmacy and medical records
- Provide for staff accommodations
- Decide final location(s) for administration
