  • STORM WATER DETENTION
  • There are two detention ponds located at the
    southeast corner of the site.
  • Wal-marts detention pond is the west pond.
  • The east pond adjacent to Quebec Street is for
    the pad sites.
  • Each pond has its own flow control structure and
was designed to detain a 100 year storm event and
    treat the storm water.
  • Detained flow and storm overflow is designed to
drain to Quebec Street and to the east.
  • STREET IMPROVEMENTS
  • Right turn lanes are planned for the access from
Quebec Street and East 128th Avenue.
  • As stated in the traffic study Oneida Street
access will not have any right turn lanes because
    of low traffic volumes.
  • The intersection of Quebec Street and East 128th
Avenue will include a traffic signal and striping
to accommodate turn lanes and through lanes.
  • Traffic signals will be added at the Quebec
Street access to the site and the intersection of
Oneida and East 128th Avenue when warrants are
    met.
