• Pavement Engineering requires a higher level of
  technological understanding than ever before
• Universities are slow to change thus ignoring
  industrys needs HMA Technology.

  (attractive for South Africans)
• Australia exports education, why dont we?
• School leavers with top maths skills attracted to
  IT, Finances, Actuary etc., no longer engineering
