5The LSCs response to Leitch
- The power of choice
- The Leitch Report makes bold recommendations for
radical change right across the skills spectrum.
We need to be determined and imaginative in our
response, with shared action from government,
employers andindividuals, each taking increased
responsibility and building on the successes of
recent years. - Our proposal is simple place the power to
choose in the hands of the individual and the
employer, and empower and enable the best of
providers to engage and excite more learners and
employers. - Delivering World-class Skills in a Demand-led
System LSC 2007
