Spirit Project
The Spirit Project is a DDPC-initiative with a
stated-objective of increasing the participation
of individuals with developmental disabilities in
the community-based, house of worship of their
choosing.

• The process is run through the Individualized
  Service Plan for individuals that have a Medicaid
  Service Coordinator and/or are enrolled in the
  Home and Community Based Services Waiver .

• The project is among our 1st attempts to forge
  an effective, long-term relationship between an
  individual, his/her staff and a community-based
  agency whose mission and interest have nothing to
  do with the provision of dd services.
