• DoD Schools

• Completed State approved Teacher Certification

• Additional Requirement for DoD schools is to
  obtain DoDEA Certificate by sending State
  Certificate to DoDEA
• Employment with DoDEA is required for this
  request
• If never taught at DoDEA school provisional
  certificate will be issued (only good for 2 years)
