Purpose of the Project

• To define Chartwells high level ministry
  strategy for the next five years so that our
  congregational leadership teams have a common
  roadmap for doing ministry in their congregations

Some Background

• Many are asking good questions
• Why is Chartwell so complicated?
• How can we let budget issues stop us from doing
  ministry?
• Who came up with this multi-site church idea
  anyway??
• As Chartwell grows and moves forward we want to
  pause to focus on where God is leading us and on
  what God is calling us to do

Whats been done so far

• Peter assigned to lead the initial stage
• Chairs meeting monthly to oversee
• Extensive information gathering
• 2 leadership team surveys (65 people)
• 4 focus groups (30 people)
• Congregational survey (200 people)
• Detailed analysis of survey feedback
• Significant discussion of priorities and survey
  feedback amongst pastors and leaders
• Much prayer

Leading the process
