• Validation
• Goal Ensure that the E-Gov Initiatives/LoBs are
  based on appropriate standards and conform to OMB
  policy
• Activities
• Validate standards in mature E-Gov
  Initiatives/LoBs
• Formalize the validation process
• Strengthen/adjust the validation process via
  application in remaining Initiatives/LoBs
• Incorporate validated E-Gov standards into the
  procurement process
• Goal E-Gov standards are institutionalized as
  formal components of agency procurement actions
• Activities
• Work with OMB, GSA, CFO Council
• Incorporate appropriate language into Circulars,
  other guidance
