Marshalling Area / Marshalling Sequence

• Collect ID tags from Registration Tent
• (This would also be the same tent for last
  minute tag making)
• Report 40mins before allocated time
• (Team Manager to report to Chief Marshal for
  teams presence, team should be nearby)
• - Make sure every paddler wears the ID Tags
• (All paddlers must have ID tags worn around
  their neck before entry into Holding Area.)
• Enter Marshalling area together with a completed
  Crew List
• (Crew list are to be pre-prepared before
  submission to Chief Official, once submitted, no
  further amendments or additions are allowed)
• Once entered Holding Area, Team Captain to
  collect ID tags before paddlers enters boat.
• (Once tags have been checked by Marshals against
  the crew list, paddlers can proceed towards
  launching area on a similar path. Team Captains
  will need to station themselves along the path to
  collect the tags. )
• Team Captains are supposed to hold on to tags
  until team returns from race.
• (Once all tags have been collected from the
  paddlers, team managers should not wander too far
  away from the marshalling area.)
• A random check of the team may be done even when
  team returns from race

Lost/misplaced accreditation cards can be remade
at the Registration tent for a penalty fee of
30. Applies to last minute registration and
entries too.
