Certified Servicing Mortuary.
If not, the Planholder should agree To the
terms that we cannot assure Prompt Memorial
Service.

PLANHOLDER (18 years old and above) The person
who buys the Plan and signs the Universal Plan
Application (UPA).

MEMORIAL SERVICE VALUE (MSV)
- This is a cash budget that is made available to
the family of the Planholder when the latter
dies
