Ghost Card Re-Cap

• The Ghost Card will replace personal pcards as
  the primary payment vehicle in e-SHOP
• Each supplier will have a unique number assigned
  to them
• Authority levels will remain same
• - Non-Preauthorized users 0
• - Preauthorized users 500
• - BSC Approval 10,000
• Significant change is that charges missing the ES
  order will queue to SMS for prior review
• All other rules remain same (i.e. no paper
  receipts needed under 2,500 delivery
  confirmation recommended for orders over
  2,500 complete business purpose required)

Current Status

• Programming was completed in October 08
• Option to change supplier to Ghost Card is in
  production and undergoing testing
• Month of December will be used for further
  testing and communications
• Intent is to make switch in January of 09 all
  suppliers will be changed at the same time.
