Needs Analysis

• The present generation of Prabhupadas disciples
  needs to ensure that the future leaders imbibe
  the mood and teachings of Srila Prabhupada.
• Many GBC members and other leaders will need to
  be replaced within 10 to 20 years.
• There is currently a lack of qualified temple
  presidents, leaders and managers in many places.
• There is no systematic effort to find and develop
  devotees with high leadership potential.
