Dummies in Activity Networks
Difficulty is often experienced in correctly
locating dummies. A simple method of locating
dummies is to draw all dependencies as dummies
initially, then remove the redundant ones!

The dummy between A and K serves only to extend K
and so is redundant.
The dummy between C and M serves only to elongate
C and so is redundant.
However the dummies between A and L, B and L and
between B and M must remain otherwise the logic
will be changed
