Project Features

• Located in Punta Chame, Panama (75 minute drive
  from Panama City)
• The project is located on a 56 hectare (144 acre)
  parcel of property with 1 ½ miles of beautiful
  beach front
• The Portones Del Mar Marina will have 200 slips
  capable of accommodating yachts up to 100 feet in
  length and moorings for larger vessels
• The Portones Del Mar Marina is the ONLY marina
  located between Panama City and the western
  province of Chiriqui. Thats approximately 100
  miles to the nearest marina!
• Marina is positioned as the gateway to
  magnifcant offshore fishing for marlin, sailfish,
  wahoo, dorado and a host of species
• Within minutes of the marina, one can enjoy day
  trips to nearby islands and secluded beaches for
  sunbathing, kite-boarding, swimming, picnicking,
  exploring, snorkeling, SCUBA diving and fun in
  the sun
• The Cliff Drysdale Tennis Center will be designed
  and managed by Cliff Drysdale himself, one of the
  50 greatest tennis players of all time and
  current ESPN and ABC Sports tennis commentator.

3 Phase Project

• Phase I The Beach Village which will be
  comprised of 89 single family homes and 225
  condominiums. The homes will range in size from
  220 to 245 SM2 and the 13 condominium towers will
  be four and five stories in height. Condos will
  be 1, 2 and 3BR units ranging from 97 to 213 SM2.
  This phase will also include the members Beach
  Club, with all the amenities expected in a world
  class resort.
• Phase II The Marina Village will be comprised
  of a 100 room boutique condo/hotel next to the
  marina as well as some 300 to 350 - one, two and
  three bedroom condo units ranging in size from
  110 to 150 SM2 and located in 6 story buildings.
  (These units will participate in the condo hotel
  program) The marina itself will include a full
  service 200 slip marina and a 100 boat dry dock.
  The marina Village will also hold the Yacht Club
  with the formal restaurant, the Cliff Drysdale
  Tennis Center with 6 Har-Tru, green clay courts,
  bar, fitness centre, spa and a small commercial
  area for the members.
• Phase III The Sunset Village will be comprised
  of 68 single family large estate homes starting
  at 500 SM2. These will be both direct beach front
  and homes with a short walk to the beach. At the
  far end of the row of homes, there will be a
  second smaller beach club with a bar, and other
  beach related activities.
