• Insurers will compensate third parties in
  respect of any legal liability arising during the
  scope and course of the performance of business
  and or events held under the auspices of the
  Gauteng Horse Society (property and death or
  bodily injury) within the Republic of South
  Africa.

• Public Liability R40 000 000 R5 000
• Members Liability R500 000 R5 000
• Products Liability R40 000 000 R5 000
• Wrongful Arrest R100 000 Nil
• Legal Defence Cost R100 000 Nil

General Exclusions

• Injury to participants.
• Injury to horses.
• Racing.
• Polocrosse.
• Employees.
• Vehicles.
• Aircraft or airstrips/heliopads
• Property belonging to or in the custody and
  control of the Insured.
