What does it do?

• The cell membrane acts as a selective barrier and
  lets ions and molecules through.
• Selective permeable only lets certain things
  pass through.

• The phosphate heads love water but there tail
  ends lipids dont.
• The heads are hydrophilic which means they love
  water
• Hydrophobic- hate water.
