• Diagnosis Large Full Thickness Tear of the
  Supraspinatus Tendon.
• History Patient with suspected rotator cuff
  tear.
• Findings Large full thickness tear of the
  supraspinatus tendon is shown in long axis.
  SSMAtrophic muscle, GTGreater tuberosity,
  AAcromion.
• Treatment Surgery.
