2The activity 3 involves three steps
- A.3.1. Feasibility study for the implementation
of a system of services for the quality of fruit
and vegetables/livestock products on a
territorial scale - A.3.2. Realization of common guidelines of for
the across-the-border Adriatic area for the
minimum standards of quality and traceability of
the products - definition of protocols for a standardized coding
of agri-food prodcuts (fruit and vegetables,
meat) in the different countries, proposals for
the setting up of shared information systems for
price formation and recording - definition of common protocols and coding for
the agri-food markets (fruit and vegetable, meat)
in the different countries. -

3 A.3.3. Study for the promotion of typical
Adriatic niche products - catalogue of the
niche /high range products in the Adriatic
regions - creation of disciplinary models for
these products, in line with EU regulations
relevant to the designation of origin.

4METHODS OF IMPLEMENTATION
- The activity will be based on the results of the
study on the state of the art, to develop the
three aspects considered - the system of services for the quality of fruit
and vegetables/livestock products - guidelines for the requisites of health and the
traceability of the products - niche products typical of the Adriatic area.

5Team proposed for realization of the Activity 3
- trans-national technical work groups both at an
inter-partnership level and on a regional/local
basis, with the help of external experts - Task of the work groups
- to establish the first implementation/developme
nt hypothesis, which must be subsequently
assessed and discussed by the subjects of
interest (ex. representatives of the production,
public administrations, technicians, etc.) in the
relevant focus group that will be realized both
on an inter-regional and regional scale (at least
1 focus group in each EAC and IAR area involved) - to drawing up later the final versions of the
guidelines/feasibility studies.

7Expected Results
to provide all the relevant public and private
bodies with preliminary support (guidelines,
feasibility studies) for the implementation of
new services (in particular concerning the
quality and traceability of agro-alimentary
products) and possible new marketing strategies
through the promotion of niche /high range
products typical Adriatic (IAR and EAC) niche
products.

Italy - designed ad hoc for the technical personnel of
the countries of the East Adriatic area (EAC) - to promote the most advanced strategies and
systems in the field of health controls,
sustainable production, and models of service
centres for the innovation and qualification of
the agro-Industrial productive systems.

14- A.5.3. The realization of formative stage in the
Centuria scientific-technological park of
Cesena - for public and private operators
- to acquire knowledge and direct experience on
the method of construction and management of an
agro-industrial scientific-technological park. - A.5.4. Creation, in the respective Countries, of
specialist expert advisory teams - composed by the participants of the formative
stages - with the task of assisting the local producers
in the implementation of all the necessary steps
for obtaining healthy and quality products, on
the basis of EU standards.

15METHODS OF IMPLEMENTATION
- The Activity 5 envisages
- coordinated organization of the workshops and
seminars in which the speakers will be qualified
experts of the sector - workshops and seminars envisaged in Pazin,
Koprivnica, Banja-Luka, Lazarevac, Durres, Kotor,
Forlì-Cesena - Organization, on the Italian side, of the unpaid
work experience (programme, calendar, tutor) - the EAC partners will select the participants for
the unpaid work experience (the indicative
envisaged duration of which is 20 days) - the number will be agreed on during the execution
of the project - creation of the advisory team or the Technical
Assistance Centres through the identification of
leaders or institutions in which the teams can be
incorporated.
