Welcome to join the MatrixMBA Network!
A MBA (Master of Business Administration) is
perhaps the best known international
business Training program. The participants are
managers in large organizations aiming to higher
global positions. MatrixMBA is a high class MBA

traditional readings, such as books, papers and
surveys - distance learning, exams, networking
days and a final thesis. The Program runs
parallel, i.e. all study material is permanently

from time and space. Every student decides when
to study and when to graduate.

The MatrixMBA contains only five compulsory
Networking Days. The whole Program gives 120 ECTS
of the most cutting-edge knowledge about modern
business management. There are no basic issues.
Past work experience can be credited for
experienced students. If the student has no
managerial experience he/she can join the
MatrixMBA jr. Program. Once the required work
experience is there, the Junior Diploma will be
converted into a standard MBA diploma. The
compulsory study modules are Knowledge and
Network Management, Global Marketing Strategies,
Supply Chain Management, eBusiness ja BPR. In
addition there are several electives.
The most Effective MBA?
Besides a researcher background, all module
designers have an extensive international
business experience. The level of the Program is
supervised by a Scientific Council. The members
of the Scientific Council are Dr. Mauri G.
Grönroos (chair), Dr. Matti J. Haverila and Dr.
Anasse Bouhlal. All study modules have only one
common goal the obtained knowledge must be
immediately applicable in the everyday work.
Practical Goals
Many organizations have their own, special
training needs. Because of the matrix structure
of the Program, embedded study modules can easily
be included. MatrixMBA would be the hard nucleus
and an additional customized module would make it
