Excitedly, mum went to water her five babies.

Mum strolled out of her house there would be only
one more water Before they would be born .

Happily , mum watered her babies, one at a time
and they started to To grow ,Pop!

One by one she pulled them out of the dirty old
ground and pulled the leaves off their heads
until the last one.

When she pulled the last baby out of the ground
she tried and tried to pull the leaves off his
head, but nothing happened.

Once, they were all pulled out of the ground mum
looked at all of them .

One of them was very different, and the others
noticed that he was different they made fun of him

So, he baby tried to balance on his head and to
try to look like one of them.

Poor old Bert the other babies started to laugh
at him.

One of them stood on his head and put a face on
his back.

Once he had the face on his back the others
started to laugh. They laughed their heads off.

Poor Bert had to sit there and watch them make
fun of him.

Bert went to the hill where no one was around.

And wandered through cold dark places were no one
could bug him.

He went down a path where he saw a bench he sat
on it on it until.

He heard a voice calling his name.

He saw his real mum!

Bert jumped over the fence because when he saw
his mum.

He jumped with joy to meet his family.

He cuddled up to his mum with all the joy in his
body.

When night came the family went back home on the
right side of the fence.
