How to package Powerpoint slides for web
publication?
Word of advice Name all files in lowercase
letters, no spacing no special characters
for web publishing.

Step 1 Open your Powerpoint file You may wish
to rename your powerpoint file before packaging
for web publication. In this case, choose
FilegtSave As and key in the new name before Step
2.
Step 2 Click on FilegtSave as Web Page

3a Change directory
3b Click for new folder
Step 3 Create a folder with a name you want it
as in DMR. e.g. pack4web For this demonstration,
the folder is saved to the Desktop.
3d Click OK
3c Name the folder
3e Select Save as type Web Page

Step 4 Click on Publish

Step 5b Click on Web Options
Step 5a Remember to Uncheck Display speaker

Step 6 Check all options under General tab.

Comments See the folder, pack4web on the
location you specify.

Comments Inside the folder, pack4web youll see
a subfolder and a htm file attached. This htm
file will be used as a start file in DMR upload.
