  • Limited financial and human resources
  • Coordination or integration of services is

    between TB and HIV programmes
  • Lack of new and rapid tools to diagnose TB in
    PLHIV
  • Ensuring that TB prevention, diagnosis and
    treatment become essential parts of HIV care
