  • BMI over 26/less than 35 with no history of
    eating disorder
  • Motivated to attend weight loss sessions
  • Able to perform some physical activity
  • Have not previously been referred
  • Referrals started February 2008
  • 108 patients to date (13 patients referred for 2
    x 12-week periods)
  • 91 women 9 men
  • Age range 20 81 years
  • BMI range 26 60.8
  • Predominantly from white British ethnic group
