- Purpose of program
- Address two primary learning goals of AAs
- University policies, procedures, systems, and job
duties/responsibilities (achieving improved
performance) - Skills, interests, needs, and future roles
(enhancing their personal and professional growth
and satisfaction) - Program Rollout
- Cohort 1 will begin on March 19, with 20
participants. - Cohort 2 will begin on June 4, with 20
participants. - Graduation for both cohorts will be in March
2009.

Notes Specific titles are subject to change.
Participants will be offered up to two
scholarships to CLL for computer classes that
will best meet their needs. Charge to department
for the program is 600 per participant.
Additional costs are captured in the Learning
Services budget.
