Southeastern Region
A largely rural state, Wisconsin has 23 cities
with populations exceeding 25,000. The
southeastern region is comprised of eight
counties Jefferson, Kenosha, Milwaukee,
Ozaukee, Racine, Walworth, Washington, and
Waukesha counties. Four counties lay on the shore
of Lake Michigan and the region covers 5,137 sq.
miles of the State.
