Develop a common methodology for validation of
non-formal and informal learning that can be used
by all public and private APL bodies, based on a
common framework to assess and monitoring
quality and client satisfaction Identify best
practices on APL systems with the aim of ensuring
greater comparability between approaches in
different countries and at different levels,
based on European APL principles (exchange
practices) Promote an open dialogue among all
APL key-players and consequent reciprocal
recognition / acknowledge - mutual trust Create
