Group Work 11

1. Please recall our previous group work No.2 on
   National Labour Law Challenges, and No.3
   Instruments being used by Unions
2. In each group, first, ask each member to pick up
   one national labour law challenge (workers
   rights issue) which is the priority for their
   workers
3. Once all the members identified a challenge,
   then all the members together discuss and try to
   find all the possible international actions
   available for the unions to address the
   challenge
4. In finding out the possible actions, try to see
   if the unions can use all or any of the
   supervisory mechanisms of the ILO, and other
   national and international instruments, in
   particular the ones we discussed during our
   programme.
